Set up a VGA splitter to route video to your laptop and audio to an audio splitter. Then launch a window on your laptop showing both desktop video and sound, so you can stream it via OBS to twitch.tv. Yes, this works even with your current hardware—your i5 4460 and laptop’s i7 will handle it smoothly without lag.

Use a capture card to get the audio/video signal from another device. Normally the GPU or motherboard lacks a video input port. You can connect audio via a microphone jack or line-in.

I was expecting it, though my laptop lacks an extra PCIe port.

I noticed the price is 100€, so I’d prefer the Intel Xeon E3 over the i5 4460 since it’s more affordable.
