Looking for a compact PC setup with minimal size and heat output. The current build was too large, noisy, and power-hungry (consuming 10 HDDSs). I'm aiming for the smallest possible enclosure with almost no thermal throttling. Cooling is acceptable if it stays quiet.

I need a case that accommodates these components: a 4TB 2.5" SSD, two 2.5" HDDs (one as backup), and space for an x3 2.5" drive. No extra room required—just the essentials. Fan suggestions are needed; if an AIO is necessary, I should consider options like the Phantom Spirit, which may struggle with the 5800X3D in certain simulations.

For transfer speeds, check the part list here: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4vKfz6

Initially, Phantom Spirit should face no issues with any Zen 3 AMD CPU; the main concerns would likely be airflow or mounting. These two options are expected to be the smallest and best suited for your hardware, providing effective cooling performance.
