Use cloning tools for your needs. A Samsung SSD is available for download. Options like Macrium Reflect, Acronis True Image, and Clonezilla can also help.

Clone the previous hard drive using Acronis. Otherwise, you'll have to reinstall, which might actually be preferable since a fresh OS is always better.
