It seems you didn’t configure Windows in its own partition when you first set up your computer two years ago. If you need files from that old partition, you might be able to extract them without reinstalling. For updating to version 11, it appears you’d likely need a different storage drive.
No, you can't just shift the OS without affecting everything else. If you need Windows on the 170GB partition, you'll have to reinstall Windows along with all your current programs. Upgrading from version 10 to 11 is better unless you specifically plan to run both versions side by side.
