This seems to be a very specific situation I've never encountered before. Switching from a 3070ti to a 7900XTX and seeing the currency in Borderlands 2 look decent is unusual. The visuals appear normal, and I haven't noticed any major changes beyond that. I've been playing BL2 for a while, so this is quite confusing to see the money change color. I'm trying to stay calm and figure it out, but it's strange. Do you have any insights or similar stories? I've attached a screenshot taken with AMD adrenaline software for reference.

This suggests you were using software-based color adjustments. The GPU is simply displaying the image as intended by the program. Any shifts in color would come from other software making decisions, not from game modes or cinematic settings. You're not relying on the driver's "game mode" or "cinematic mode" to alter colors.

HDR might also be involved in this case.

Using SDR fresh install and BL2 setup. Applied a custom AMD profile for tweaking settings. Made minor changes only to brightness, left colors untouched. Adjusting hue in AMD software altered the classic yellow and made other colors appear distorted. Most unusual problem I've encountered. Edited May 12, 2023 by Danko12321

I tried a bit and it stopped working. It could be related to the specific area of the map or the time of day.
