Hi everyone, I’m facing a Wi-Fi issue at home where my gaming PC is limited, but my MacBook works fine with unlimited internet. Can I download new games on my Mac and move them to my PC afterward? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Likely the Mac versions match PC versions. Locate the /steamapps/common directory on your Mac, copy it to your PC’s /steamapps/common folder, and you should be fine. The Steam apps folder typically resides within your Steam library.

It seems straightforward. Could someone verify if this is feasible?

You need to reinstall the games on your Windows computer. This is because it works differently on Windows than on macOS.

It seems like you're suggesting an alternative way to run Windows using a bootcamp setup on a Macbook.

It requires a lot of effort, but using a virtual machine is better. Also, after turning on disk encryption on a Mac, changing the drive becomes more difficult.
