The following text describes troubleshooting steps taken to resolve mouse stuttering issues in Overwatch on Windows 10, detailing attempted solutions and system specifications.

I’m at my wits end on this and would gladly appreciate any help I can get with this!
System specs:
Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit (10.0, Build 17134)
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700K
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 at 3200 MHz
GPU: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

Everything running at stock speeds after a BIOS-reset.
Things i've tried:
Reinstalling mouse and graphics drivers.
Uninstalled Razer Synapse as well as GeForce experience.
Completely reset BIOS to stock settings.
Tried various variations of mouse-mat settings and polling rates for the mouse.
Turned off all “mouse enhancing” settings in Windows.

Not that this does not occur unless Overwatch is played.
The problem occurs with Overwatch, where the mouse starts "hitching" after a few minutes of gameplay, persisting until a full system reboot. I’ve tried reinstalling drivers, removing Razer Synapse and GeForce Experience, resetting the BIOS, adjusting mouse settings, and disabling all enhancing features in Windows.
