Mouse pointer activity is intense and rapid, indicating high CPU utilization.
I downloaded some unwanted software and opened it. Nothing happened at first. The mouse cursor began blinking. After deleting the program and restarting the system, it worked again. A malware scan found several items I wanted to exclude, but the mouse still blinked. When I searched for solutions online, nothing seemed useful. My CPU usage was around 30-40%, and I only used Chrome. I checked for a WPA service in the C program file (x86) and removed it, but it reappeared after restarting. I don’t want to reinstall Windows 7 or run frequent antivirus scans—they slow things down and sometimes freeze the system. My mouse is fine, and I don’t have a printer. Any advice would be appreciated! Thank you.
