Check functionality in various USB ports. If issues persist, consider switching to a different mouse.

It functions properly in most other applications, though Apex seems to be consuming all the system resources. My PC isn’t powerful enough for stable 60 FPS at 768p, only 50-55 frames even with the latest drivers. The USB ports are still not working despite driver updates, and the mouse is new but doesn’t respond. There might be a way to resolve this eventually if we try different approaches.
