I've been testing a lot of mice lately and I'm not sure what's causing this. It seems the USB port might be the issue, especially with Razer mice where the mouse tends to "stutter." For my Pulsar Xlite, it would randomly stop responding until I moved it a lot before tracking resumed. I've tried various USB ports and different Razer models, but the problem persists. The sensors look clean and the mousepad works fine in both cases.

Specify the power supply unit: make, model, wattage, age, and condition.
List the disk drives: brand, model, capacity, and current usage percentage.
Test the mice on other functioning computers to see if they function properly.
Open Task Manager and Resource Monitor using each tool individually to analyze performance.
Wait for stability before moving the mouse in circles.
Observe any changes during stuttering events.
Okay so I feel like an idiot, so I apologize. Although I tried to include as much information as I could, I forgot what you had mentioned and also forgot I did a reinstall of Windows.
I reinstalled Windows yesterday and everything has been working fine now. I still switched to a different USB port and unplugged anything that was unnecessary and not needed. I also had made another post about how there was this "clunking" sound and it turned out to be a potentially dying HDD. Not sure if that would have caused anything, but I'm safely backing up as we speak.
