Hello, I've experienced this mouse lag for about five years or more. I tried to troubleshoot it but haven't found a clear cause. The mouse feels sluggish and almost heavy, making it slow to respond. I suspect an electrical problem or a loose power supply in the unit. It seems unrelated to my PC, network, or internet connection. This issue occurs in both online and offline games. Is the vertical sync/gsync feature disabled, and which mouse are you referring to?
I've attempted all possible solutions. I tested around ten devices in total. The issue seems unrelated to my computer or any hardware. I've also tried two to three PCs in the same apartment with the same problem. It likely points to an electrical or power supply concern. I've replaced every component near the power supply, and the one I received is expected to arrive today around 19:30.
Hello, I'm already running in fullscreen and don't have VSync enabled.

Unfortunately, it didn't improve the experience much. The updated power supply did enhance playability, but I still notice a heavy mouse feel and delayed aiming.
