Mouse cursor lagging ?

I've looked through many searches on Google for solutions but found no results.
Current specs: OS-Win10, GPU 4060 Ti 16G, CPU Intel i7-7700k 4.2Ghz, RAM 32GB, SSD 870 EVO 1TB.
I've tried adjusting mouse settings in Windows, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, relocating the router, turning off Realtek Audio, testing different USB ports, and changing batteries.
It seems the issue occurs more often when the CPU is under load, though I'm not certain. My goal is to be able to aim accurately again.
The problem persists even when using YouTube in a browser, and it's been happening for almost a year. I'm really struggling to find a solution.
*EDIT* The issue was resolved by replacing the mouse with a new one. When testing with a working mouse, ensure it matches the poll rate to avoid false lag.

I'm working with the Logitech G305, but I didn't include it in my tests. Other mice have worked fine so far.
