Hello everyone, I've been dealing with a strange stuttering problem for quite some time. When I'm not playing games, I don't notice any issues, but when I open menus and move my mouse, both the mouse and audio start to stutter (see this link: https://streamable.com/1np997). This only happens in the menus, not while playing games like Valorant. It appears to resolve itself after restarting my PC, but it comes back when I turn it off and then back on. Interestingly, I experienced the same problem with my older PC, where it was much more severe. The PC would keep stuttering constantly and required a hard reset by holding the power button until it restarted properly. After a fresh Windows installation on my old PC, the issue persisted, forcing him to restart whenever he launched the game. Do you know what might be causing this?

Please share your PC specifications and confirm whether you're still using the current keyboard. If yes, uninstall it through Device Manager, unplug it, and test with another keyboard.

I’m still using the original keyboard, attempted another but didn’t remove the old one through Device Manager, which might be causing the stuttering. I’ll look for a different keyboard to test and check if that resolves the problem.
