Hey! I've been facing some issues for about three months now. I recently installed a new graphics card, the RTX 3070 from Gigabyte. Since then, I've encountered several problems:
First, when I try to share a screen on Discord or other platforms, my mouse and keyboard freeze briefly, and the audio distorts. On Discord itself, changing windows causes the screenshot preview to stop and the issues to vanish.
Second, using Lumetri effects in Premiere Pro brings the same freezing and audio crackling. The mouse and keyboard freeze for a second, then briefly recover before freezing again, along with the audio issues.
Third, when I connect my DSLR to Camlink 4K via OBS, everything works fine initially. However, once I start recording, streaming, or activating the virtual camera, the Camlink connection drops and can't be restored without the source crashing again shortly after. The only workaround is to enable "Isochronous" transfer mode, which causes significant lag.
I've tried encoding with x264 and using nvenc, but the results are consistent. Sometimes my mouse pointer moves to the bottom-right corner or even triggers a right-click. I've reset Windows, installed only the Nvidia driver, and used a Corsair K70 MK2 and Logitech G203 Lightsync. My audio comes from a Focusrite Scarlett Solo. My system runs a Ryzen 9 3900x with a B550 motherboard, Gen4 SSD, and 64GB RAM.

I located the problem and verified if forcing your graphic's card PCIe slot to PCI Gen 3 mode resolved it.
