Your pc will run quieter and more reliably, staying cool equally with a good air cooler. This makes perfect sense after looking into it. I think I'd be around 1 or 2 degrees cooler with a liquid cooler, but it would be much noisier. What about a high-end air cooler? I have this exact arrangement, I originally installed it at the top and then mounted it in front, placing some Corsair 120mm static pressure fans on the back of the radiator while keeping the stock 140mm fans ahead as an intake setup. It seems to function very well.
