I purchased a vintage PC, specifically an Antec eATX from 2013. The case included the hard drive cage(s). It came without any screws, which is confusing since the HDD holes don’t match anything. What should I do to install it properly?

Likely started with some sleds that a prior owner discarded. If you locate the precise model, you might discover someone who created 3D printable alternatives...

I understand... No confirmation on a case model, but I’ll share some images if anyone recognizes it. Possibly an Antec, QC from summer 2013.

It seems the drive mounting rails are absent. It appears five drives were used. The spaces between the oval cutouts indicate their placement, while the front hole and back slot show where they were secured. You can purchase standard versions on Amazon or eBay; look for a compatible model number for your case.

Seems to be an Antec 302 or similar model; details available at the provided link.
