Yes, you're right... it isn't the best chipset in terms of power delivery and VRM cooling. Don't push yourself too hard.

I tried to overclock my H with an E, but it failed because of static damage.
Do you think your CPU can be overclocked too?
Right now I'm at 1.29v 4.8Ghz, and I could push to 1.36v 4.9Ghz, though it's not worth the risk for mine. My E was improving better.
