The VGA indicator on my motherboard flickers white occasionally during startup. It usually stays off most of the time, but it does light up sometimes. I believe this suggests my graphics card isn’t functioning properly, even though the system seems to operate normally otherwise. I’ve noticed a slightly slower boot when it appears, but nothing extreme. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, Asus Z390-A Prime Video card: Zotac 1070 Mini.

Thanks for the update. The BIOS is current, power via PCI-E is working, and I've already reset the CMOS. I'll attempt to re-seat the GPU later and will follow up. It's not a major issue—PC is functioning normally even with the LED on.
