Hello, I recently updated my UEFI due to the Intel Microcode issue. Now, when I start my PC, I see the BIOS boot screen, but both the VGA and BOOT LEDs turn red, and then there's no display. After one or two minutes, the PC shuts down automatically(?!). However, when I press the power button again, it boots directly into Windows (in like in 3 seconds). I've never encountered this behavior before, despite having flashed several BIOS. While I can use Windows without any noticeable problems and don't want to steal your time, this doesn't seem like a normal boot process. Specs: Windows 11 i7 13th gen kf 3070 AsRock B660 Pro Rs (UEFI:19.1) (I know not the best choices, I was stupid when I bought it) Thank you for your help.

Following a BIOS update, if issues arise, the initial step is to reset the BIOS back to its default settings. Then you can make your own adjustments. Could that assist?

I restarted the BIOS, and everything appears configured properly. Initially, the RAM indicator flashed briefly, then the VGA and BOOT LEDs dimmed before powering off. After a short wait, the system booted up correctly.
