I'm facing an issue while assembling my rig. I'm using a Wi-Fi motherboard but it requires an extra 4-pin ATX connector. I'm unsure if a cable splitter for powering the board or a different power supply would work. This is in the UK.

You don't require the additional 4-pin connector. The 8-pin EPS offers ample power to the CPU, making the 4-pin unnecessary.

The additional four-pin connector isn't required. My Gigabyte Aorus Pro Wifi supports an 8+4 pin CPU, but I currently have only the 8-pin version.
