Motherboard Not Displaying
Motherboard Not Displaying
I recently upgraded my CPU and GPU, but I didn’t realize my motherboard needed a BIOS update to function properly. Assuming I assembled everything without checking, it’s working except for the video not showing on my monitor and all USB ports failing. After removing the new CPU, inspecting the pins, and reinstalling the old parts, the issue persists. I’m unsure if updating the BIOS is possible without a display or if I need to replace the motherboard entirely. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! New CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X 3.8GHz 8-core. Old CPU: Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6-core. Motherboard: ASUS STRIX B350-F Gaming ATX AM4. New GPU: GeForce RTX 3060TI. Old GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB SC Gaming Video Card.
It doesn’t appear to be resolving. I attempted linking the pins together and removing the battery from the motherboard, but no improvement was seen.
