Hello! I started working on assembling my first PC for graduation, but faced several challenges. The cooling system didn’t perform optimally—blades ran but the water pump’s status was unclear, RGB didn’t activate, and I needed an adapter to connect the pump. The RAM was installed incorrectly in its slots, and I’m unsure about the case fans. If anyone has advice, it would be a big help! Should I look for a different adapter with higher voltage? Might I need to relocate the SSD? Is an RGB controller necessary? Here’s what I have: AMD 5 7600 MOBO ASROCK Pro Series A620M PRO RS WIFI COOLER, MSI MAG Core Liquid 240R V2 PSU, CORSAIR RM850 CP-9020232-NA 850W ATX, 80 GPU MSI Ventus GeForce RTX 4060, 8GB RAM, Team T-Force Delta RGB 32GB, 288-pin PC RAM DDR5 5600, SSD Kingston NV2 1TB M.2 2280 NVMe PCIe, Phanteks XT View case, mid-tower chassis with tempered glass, USB-C 3.2 Gen2, plus three M25-120 D-RGB fans.
Connect the RAM to the fourth (furthest) slot on the motherboard. Then insert the next stick into slot two, which is the second slot from the CPU. This should enable dual-channel operation. Regarding the rest of your concerns, I’m not sure. Does the pump function properly?
