Asus Tuf B550-PLUS settings have been adjusted recently after installing the Blu-Ray drive. I changed a port and tried to see if it made a difference. Looking for suggestions from others on how to proceed.

Have you attempted switching it to RAID, preserving the changes, then reverting to AHCI? Otherwise, completely erase the CMOS and start fresh, since it might have altered the configurations.
