Remove the heatsink and fan, then install a replacement fan. You might need to attach it with tape to the chipset heatsink. It won’t look great, but it should be quieter.

Check your BIOS for SB_Fan1 configurations. Refer to the HW Monitor section, specifically pages 78 to 80 of your board's manual.
