Check the packaging for a sticker indicating Ryzen 3000 readiness. For the processor, consider getting a B550 Strix or similar if you need it. If you plan to use CUDA, go ahead. Sleeping was a joke, but it’s true what @gloop mentioned. It’s helpful for heavy or extreme overclocking. One 8-pin chip can deliver up to 384 watts, and paired with a Ryzen processor, you won’t be far behind anytime soon.
