I moved my PC into a new case and all USB connections—front case and rear motherboard ports—except the single motherboard USB 3.1 stopped functioning. Devices worked fine on another machine. The MSI Z370 gaming pro carbon is an MSI. Possible related issues include the reset switch not working and the computer failing to power off properly when pressing the power button or using hibernate/shutdown/restart in Windows. The machine appears to stop, but the motherboard and fans remain active, requiring continuous power button press. Full specifications: Intel i3-8350k, Nvidia GTX 780 Ti, 32GB DDR4 RAM, MSI Z370 gaming pro carbon, 1TB WD Blue SSD, 1TB Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 HDDs.
