Hello, I have a brand new computer with an Intel i5-12600 processor and an RTX 3060 card. It also comes with 16 GB of RAM running on DDR4 at 3200 MHz and uses a 60Hz monitor. Whenever I play games without any limits, everything runs smooth, but if I cap the game to a specific frame rate, it starts stuttering. Do you guys have this exact same issue?
Is that a pause in between words, like skipping frames in a video game, or something else entirely?
