I changed the GPU, RAM, hard drive, installation method, and nothing altered. I placed the drive in my PC and installed it there; everything is functioning properly. It seems like the CPU or motherboard might be missing. I could consider updating the BIOS tomorrow or whenever it starts behaving oddly again (it’s working as before).

Start with safe mode and gradually install additional drivers, services, and utilities until the issue disappears.

It’s not a driver problem—it’s a hardware issue. Installing it on another machine works fine, but not on this one. It seems more like a CPU problem; I’m planning to bring my friends over to test it.

I identified the issue after thorough study and ongoing troubleshooting. The CPU appears to be faulty. I plan to initiate an RMA with AMD, though the outcome may not be favorable. After confirming the problem, I replaced the CPU and resolved the issue.
