Twisted Metal was originally ICP. For me, Zelda: Ocarina of Time and the original Halo series are the best choices.

I haven't heard of it. I didn't listen to ICP, though the song you mentioned feels a lot like Hot For Teacher, not ICP. It seems ICP wasn't involved here as well.

I don’t often play narrative-driven video games, so my knowledge is pretty narrow. Still, I really enjoyed the Arma 3 music because it came with the deluxe edition (which I purchased because I’m a fan of Bohemia Interactive). This one stands out among my experiences. Not everyone will agree, but I found it acceptable: aside from that, the Insurgency soundtrack is also decent.
