I invested nearly two million dollars in a Deveste Eight within Grand Theft Auto 5, and I subsequently enhanced it with a new engine and lowered suspension. Unfortunately, it sank into the water, prompting an automated message to contact Morris Mutual Insurance. Following this, I paid twelve thousand dollars for its recovery, but it has since vanished. When I attempt to reach Morris Mutual Insurance (MMI), all that’s available is a recorded voicemail indicating they are currently unavailable. I urgently need assistance in retrieving my Deveste Eight; I've invested a significant amount of money in it and now it’s disappeared completely.

This title has been around for seven years and was originally designed for the sluggish PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 hard drives, typically spinning at 5400rpm. Despite subsequent optimization efforts for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One – which were also geared toward console storage – the game’s performance remained constrained by these slow drives. Furthermore, developers didn't pursue any additional improvements. With upcoming consoles utilizing NVMe SSDs, we can anticipate significantly faster loading times for Grand Theft Auto VI (and potentially the updated version for newer systems).

The game is 7 years old, and was intended for the extremely slow ps3 and xbox 360 hdds. which i believe were 5400rpm.
in any way, the game, even after it was optimized for the ps4 and xbox one, it was still optimized for console hard drives, which are slow. and even more so, they never bothered to optimize it further.
since next gen consoles will have nvme ssds, you will probably see that gta vi (and maybe the gta v version of the new consoles) will load very fast.
