Alrighty folks, here are the updates. It turns out my GPU fan was the culprit, not the case fans I thought. I recorded a video about the problems on my PC. First, the fan is located on the floor, but it’s there because I needed to test 1440p on my TV, not my monitor—so don’t worry if you see that. Second, even at 1080p on my desk, the issues continued at the same level. Third, I customized a fan curve for the GPU, but it keeps getting overridden by something else, as shown in the linked video. Be aware of the thread for those experiencing the same problem—I fixed it. The fix was straightforward: once I received the GPU, I noticed it would sag because of its length. To counteract this, I placed an object to support it. After further testing, I realized in direct sunlight the GPU was tilted too high. Adjusting it properly resolved all issues; fans now follow the curve correctly, performance improved significantly (about 5 degrees), and temperatures rose slightly.
