Monitoring system components and performance in real time.
The NZXT CAM performs better with the mobile app installed. It has a simple design, suitable for basic monitoring.
It allows tracking CPU and RAM utilization, and I believe overheating won’t be a problem. I tested Prime95 for one hour and stayed under 72°C, which is the maximum I experienced during my longest gaming session.
It seems everyone has unique requirements here. For me, checking temperatures comes first, then usage. The main reason I use monitoring is temperature control, but with the second monitor I’m also tracking load and fan speeds continuously.
I was talking about an overlay but I found This Power Grid and it's really cool I can't wait for them to get the CPU temp gauge working but aside from that it's awesome I can monitor RAM, CPU, GPU and even Net usage from my phone as well as the GPU temp, CPU clock, And GPU clock and a lot of other cool things I wish I had a tablet now so I could mount it near my computer and use it as just a monitoring screen lol
