Hello. I need guidance on tracking my data usage specifically on my PC. While Windows offers a monitoring feature, it only tracks usage for 30 days. I want to monitor just one day to understand my data needs better. I’m interested in seeing the exact amount used and not having everything grouped together. If that’s not possible, I’ll be fine. Thank you.

Press the Windows key, type "network," and you'll see the network status. Click it, and on the left side you'll find data usage, showing how much data you've used in the past 30 days.

No, I didn't read it. What else can I help you with?

I’m sorry, just open the task manager (check app history). You’ll see how much time you spend since X/X/X. Every day you reset it, and by the end of the day it’ll feel better.

You might explore GlassWire. Although I haven't used it personally, it could show you the amount of data each device is consuming. It's mainly designed for monitoring apps.

Glasswire offers this feature in the free version, I think.

You can just ask Cortana, "Data Usage," and she will open the shortcut to it. It works for each network adapter.
