Monitoring CPU temperature?
I have tested various programs such as CoreTemp, HWInfo, MSI Afterburner, and OpenHardwareMonitor to track my CPU temperature. My system has a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and an RTX 3070. Initially, after installing and loading the software, I receive constant temperature readings. However, the next day when I start the computer, the temperatures for the four cores appear in the task bar but remain stuck at around 53°C without changing. I need to restart the machine for the readings to become continuous. What might be causing this issue?

Well there could be a few reasons why. Can you list your full PC specs? Also, the current bios you are running. You can check this with CPU-z.
At first glance possibly a faulty temp sensor, or perhaps a software bug..
Are all your system drivers up to date?
Ryzen 7 7800X3D is paired with MSI Pro B650-S WIFI. The BIOS version is 1.50 AMD AGESA combo AM5PI 1.0.9.0, dated 22Nov2023 with APUID E7E26AMS.150 and BIOS. Graphics are RTX 3070 Gaming from MSI. Cooling system includes Deep Cool LS 720 Premium. RAM configuration is 16 x 2Gb KLEVV @ 6200. Power supply is 750W, M.2 4TB drive included. All drivers appear to be current.
