You only need a single .exe file to run. No installation required. Download the zip from http://openhardwaremonitor.org/ and open it in View Show gadget. With a right-click, select the values you wish to display. It shows system temperature, CPU fan speed, CPU load, RAM usage, GPU temperature, fan speeds, and core/ram utilization.
