Hi, I'm trying to figure out why you're seeing vertical colored lines on your monitor and want to know how to fix it. MSI MAG 321UP QD-OLED 32-inch UHD 165Hz model.

It might be a dead monitor or a hardware issue. Could you connect it to another device such as a console or laptop to see if the problem persists? Have you tested various cables?

I used HDMI. By default I'm on DP, but it works with both. I wanted to verify this here before reaching out to MSI. It's still under warranty. I purchased it about two months ago.

If its the same on both then its a panel problem. If its still under warranty, send it back for a replacement. There is a possibility the connector behind the panel is not making proper contact or came sliightly loose but I would imagine opening the monitor would void warranty. Not that they would know but if something happened while opening it getting an RMA done could be problematic.

I usually store my boxes until the warranty ends. It’s convenient when you’re relocating. I’ve got a lot of monitor and PC parts boxes. Best of luck!
