I've got two monitors with 144Hz and 60Hz settings. They worked well until recently when I switched to streaming, causing the 60Hz monitor to drop to around 15-30Hz (uncertain). The cursor still moves at 60Hz. I've attached a video showing the problem clearly (VID_20230923_132912_mp4). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
