Monitor lacks a visual screen, and the mouse and keyboard are not receiving power.
I recently assembled my first PC and gathered all the components over a span of three months.
The problem I'm facing is that the monitor isn't displaying properly. (I understand it's not the monitor since I was using my PS4 on it)
The mouse lights up briefly before turning off, while the keyboard remains completely unresponsive.
After swapping out the motherboard, the same issues persisted; I then replaced the power supply unit but nothing changed.
I'm confident the parts are compatible because a friend and roommate built a very similar setup and assisted in selecting the components.
In summary, the GPU is active, the fans are on but only two of the three spin, and the water cooler works fine.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Do you have any video adapters installed on your monitor? Was someone with computer experience review your setup beforehand? The initial build used top-of-the-line components and a water cooler, which might have led to unnecessary changes later.
i didn't need any video adapters and my roommate had already assembled two other computers (one of which i assisted with). we repositioned everything and double-checked that everything was connected properly.
