I purchased Fallout and tried it out, but it doesn't display properly on my 2560 x 1080p or 1920 x 1080p screens. With all the various settings I applied, the game isn't rendering correctly. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks, Connor.

The adjustment on WSGF helped a bit, but the game is still launching on your primary monitor. To switch it for your top 16:9 screen, change the display settings in your graphics card driver or system preferences.
