Hey there! How are you doing? Your Acer Nitro has been having some odd behavior when I power up the PC—sometimes it shows blurry images or artifacts. Usually it resolves itself by restarting it. Yesterday I noticed a strange horizontal line at the top and the window display seemed very slow. I changed cables, outlets, updated drivers, tried everything to fix it, but the issue keeps happening with the 165Hz rate and ultra-low latency mode. It’s interesting that I’ve always used those settings. Why did this suddenly start occurring? Do you know anyone else had a similar problem before? Any suggestions or tips would be great! Thanks!

Check if your display supports 165Hz natively or if it runs at 144Hz with an overclock setting. This can affect longevity and performance stability.

Hey there! It sounds like you're dealing with a tricky issue. Maybe the panel is damaged. This monitor is supposed to run at 60Hz, but it seems like it's set to 165Hz already. It's disappointing they claim it's 165Hz without mentioning that it comes pre-configured that way. The manual doesn't warn about damaging the device. I'm planning to contact Acer next month to see if they can help. Fingers crossed it works out! In short, avoid cutting corners on high-frequency displays.
