Scan lines have been showing up on your screen and you're unsure how to stop them. You're using a display port connection via your GPU, but switching to HDMI doesn't eliminate the issue. The lines disappear when you enter fullscreen, though they persist when playing games in the background. It might be related to G-Sync or refresh rate problems, but they remain even after disabling G-Sync in the NVIDIA control panel. IMG-1305.mp4

The refresh setting remains active even at 120. You can adjust the manual timings on the monitor to see different effects.

Verify nvidia’s control panel settings for latency mode status, adjust options (off, on, ultra) and test

Thank you for your assistance. I adjusted it to 120 and the lines stayed.

Which device is the monitor? I need to understand its OSD so I can recommend possible timing adjustments.

I didn't locate any information about your setup. Could you confirm if you're using an HDMI 2.1 or DP 1.4 cable?

You're currently working with a DP 1.4 cable.
