Monitor brightness issues appear during high usage.
Occasionally, while attempting to start a game or perform a moderate task, the RGB indicators on my PC’s case fans begin to pulse. This happens during basic activities like launching Minecraft or running video rendering. The lights stay on but shift in intensity briefly. A video was shared for reference. I’m using Windows 10 and OpenRGB. Additionally, I have two Corsair Vengeance LPX sticks with 8GB each in my system—could they be part of the issue.

If this affects you, let me know!
It could be caused by mismatched RAM affecting the RGB headers on the motherboard. Remove the two additional 8GB sticks and check if the issue persists.
I'll attempt it after I'm back home in about a week. I should note that both RAM types appear to share the same core specifications, with only differences in quantity. The left one is an 8GB stick, while the right is a 16GB stick, according to HWInfo.
