I improved my PC a few months back and considered using modded Minecraft. After attempting a Twitch launcher mod pack, it still didn’t run smoothly. I verified the system specs and found they matched the requirements, but various packs failed to work despite meeting them all. My machine features a Ryzen 7 2700X, 16GB of 3000MHz RAM, and an AMD Radeon RX 570.

You didn’t adjust the memory reserved for modpacks in the launcher. It’s usually around 2GB by default, which isn’t sufficient for most major modpacks.
