I recall posting about this earlier, but I didn’t mention being completely satisfied with any B450 motherboard options. I’m on the lookout for something around $100 or less. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 3600 processor.

Headers can help manage fan distribution efficiently. You might use splitter fans for multiple units or a customizable controller like Corsair. VRM cooling is mainly useful when overclocking. Most 3600 series chips offer limited overclock potential anyway... as a low-power chip, it should work well unless you're pushing it. Just trying to help you save some costs
