Hey there, I'm trying to figure out why my connection keeps dropping and coming back on unexpectedly. Last week it shut down for up to ten hours unless I rebooted the modem. This makes me think the hardware might be bad—my router is fine and they've already replaced this exact model four times with similar problems and slow speeds. Right now I'm using their rental Arris TM1602A, but I'm considering buying my own for better reliability and lower costs. Have they provided a good version? I've searched online but haven't found much feedback or reviews about its stability. Would switching to a more highly rated model with a reputation for stability be worth it?
