It's not uncommon for motherboards to have a slight curve when they're first assembled. This doesn't usually indicate a problem.
It functions? Yes, it does. However, if you're concerned and have RMA choices, reach out to the company and let them know. Just to confirm. I've also noticed some bent motherboards working fine.
It doesn't matter once it's secured, it won't shift. This means no gradual movement damage can occur later.
Occasionally, motherboards might have minor bends. This is typical and acceptable as long as the deformation isn't severe. In our defense sector work, we're comfortable with boards that have slight flexibility.
Only my experiences with a bow have been if the situation is serious enough that the heatsinks near the VRM's or MOSFETs don't make good contact. I faced this issue and had to adjust the board to fix it. The one shown doesn't seem too bad overall—just average, and it should settle once installed properly.
