I spilled water on the chipset while checking my freshly cleaned tubing, and it got wet. I thought I was in the wrong place and realized the board was damp. I tried to dry it with rubbing alcohol and a toothbrush, but it didn’t improve. Some parts are working—power button, IPMI, and remote start—but when I power on the board, only the "on" light activates and nothing else happens. I’ve tested without CPU and RAM individually, but no beeping appears. What should I do?

Looking for guidance? Also, what temperature should a heat gun reach? Regarding your question about a hot glue gun without glue—such a device wouldn't function properly.
