I was looking for Battlefield 6 or BeamNG DQ but couldn't locate them. I also have GTA in the same version as his, but I didn’t realize I was having issues with any games. Most of them work perfectly, and I noticed temperatures around 88-90°C yesterday.

Are you asking about CPU temperatures? Which cooler are you employing and what RPM do the fans spin at during heavy use? You can verify this using tools such as HWinfo.

I'm just sharing the temperatures I've noticed. I'm not very familiar with PCs, but I saw in a clip yesterday while playing FiveM that it was running around 7-9% CPU. On shaders, it was smooth at 80+ FPS, but now it's stuttering without shaders. My stock Intel cooler is overheating, and I don't know the fan speeds. This has been happening for about 6 days, and it's from roughly a year ago and three months ago. I'm planning to clean the cooler and change the paste, maybe it'll help.

The temperatures are a bit elevated but safe. If they rise further, it could cause throttling and lower performance. Removing dust and reapplying paste might assist. Changing fan speeds could also improve cooling.

This can be an issue where the CPU is waiting on data from RAM so some of the threads are paused mid execution. Honestly, you have slow RAM and not enough of it, plus you have a midrange CPU. If you have the money, you should absolutely upgrade the ram to 2x16 running at least at 3200 if not 3600. If you have more money, I'd recommend getting one of those cheap but effective coolers from thermaltake and upgrading the CPU to something like a 10700K
