Hello! I've got your setup: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-E gaming rig, AMD 5600G, Corsair A70 cooler, G.Skill AEGIS 64GB RAM, and a Corsair CX600. The issue is slow BIOS startup—takes around 30 seconds after shutdown, while POST finishes in about 17.1 seconds. It's faster when restarting. You mentioned the BIOS LEDs were red before upgrading from the AMD 3400G last year, which was slower. The video you shared shows the LED patterns. No OS or drive changes seem to help.
