Mobo loop configuration

Hi, I recently assembled my PC around seven months ago. It features a Ryzen 2700x with 32 GB of 3200 Vengeance LX DDR4 RAM, an MSI 1660 Ti gaming laptop with overclocked settings, and Gigabyte Aorus B450 Pro Wi-Fi. The power supply is 850W from Corsair. It was performing well until yesterday. While watching a video on YouTube, I encountered a "blue screen of death" and after restarting it got stuck in a bootloop. I can access BIOS but can't complete the repair process. On the boot screen, I see the eagle and repair options with circles, yet it keeps looping. Could this be related to the motherboard? I unplugged it from the wall, reinserted the RAM, but the motherboard still doesn’t fully power down. When I try to turn it off, everything shuts off except the eagle and Aorus logo remain lit. Is this a faulty motherboard? It’s still under warranty.

warranty available, yes, within one year is covered. restart the BIOS first, disconnect the battery for 30 seconds, then reconnect.

Apologies for the confusion. I also removed the battery for around 30 minutes, but it continued to loop.

Did you disconnect the PSU when the battery was off? It’s important to confirm there’s no power for this CMOS clearing technique to function. Typically, around 30 seconds is sufficient. You might need to reattach all cables—sometimes the SATA connection is the issue.

I'll attempt to reconnect all the cables once more. No need for me to try that myself. That was the method I observed for the CMOS, but it didn't succeed. Thank you all for your assistance.

Hey everyone, I brought the movie to the store and they were able to install it in Windows. I took it home but can't get past the bios. When I tried to install a fresh Windows from USB, I got a blue screen about an examtion issue. I switched between two memory sticks without success. Could this be related to my graphics card? It's an MSI Gaming X1660 Ti. Maybe the fans I just bought are the problem? Any suggestions would be really helpful.
